Global College of Professional Military Education (GCPME)

GCPME leadership requested APV assistance to improve several of their core training management business processes using advanced automation tools resident in Microsoft 365.

 

APV assigned a team with deep MS SharePoint and MS Power Apps expertise to meet with the customer and understand their challenges.

 

These discussions identified and prioritized development of several SharePoint and Power App solutions to help the GCPME staff streamline critical business processes. APV’s team collaborated with the customer and developed an Agile-based work plan for each solution, including a robust scheme of User Acceptance Testing.

Benefits/Outcomes

Allows GCPME staff to plan their Telework activities through a central site, providing leaders with comprehensive visibility of employee work schedules.

APV’s use of the Agile approach involves GCPME in each Sprint, assuring collaboration and identifying changes early in the development process.

Robust User Acceptance Testing with different target audiences ensures coverage of all Use Cases and identifies improvements.

APV’s ongoing development of additional Power Apps will enhance GCPME’s internal workflow and enable more efficient training management.
